First section being lifted by orange winches on base of tower. Ship will move to the left, and winches will lower road piece onto lifting barge.
Bad photo, sorry. Barge that will move road deck piece under gantry cranes. Notice huge blue 750 hp thruster motors that will help keep the barge in place using a GPS system. A tug will also be used. The thrusters are shown here in the up position.
