this is the first layer of wood in place, filled the grooves with thickened west system, epoxy resin, next comes three layers of glass and the next piece of wood, then glass over the top of all of it to make it complete

got all the wet stuff out and cleaned up, ready for new transom (2 layers of 3/4" marine plywood with 3 layers of glass between...
keep diggin' it out till we find dry core....
