cut out the dam and drilled a few more holes to help the sump dry out. this sump is not cored underneath, solid glass (I think)
the inside of the 'repair'. I cannot tell from the outside, they did good finish work
rotten transom, and the mystery of the patch is revealed. this boat took a hit in a previous life- foam coring in the corner

had to take more out of the transom.
don't let anybody tell you the water doesn't migrate far through end grain balsa.
