used the CNC router to make custom fit parts with grooves to make the bend in the trasom, the seems in each part are staggered to ensure strength..
got all the wet stuff out and cleaned up, ready for new transom (2 layers of 3/4" marine plywood with 3 layers of glass between...
keep diggin' it out till we find dry core....
