When I spotted this guy I told my wife that it looks too much like a brown bear to actually be a bear. We drifted into a very quiet little lagoon and watched.
Mackenzie Sound doesn't have much to offer other than scenery.
Roaringhole Rapids North of Watson Island. It was so narrow that I wasn't sure that I could turn around quick enough to avoid the current flooding in to Nepah Lagoon. We went exploring in Mackenzie Sound and waited for slack. Here is a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aVxlfczH72w

We were joined by a fellow clam digger.
Digging clams for lunch using the aboriginal implement shown at the top of the photo.
We obviously weren't the first to stop here. Somebody forgot their camp axe.
