A great place to relax in the warm fall days. The laundry was done by the honor system. One dollar a load and that included the drier.
The trail up to the boat shop and boat storage area. The handle some large boats here.
The marina customers and the staff are some of the nicest people you would ever want to meet.

Chipman Point Marina at the southern portion of Lake Champlain if you look closely there is a black and white C-Dory 25' on the right hand side of the dock and our boat is out on the end.
Office, laundry and bathrooms, showers located in this 1815 stone farmhouse. Nicest people we met on the whole trip. Located in Orwell Vermont gas much cheaper on the east side of Lake Champlain (Vermont)New York side west is much higher because of taxes
Lock # 12 and Whitehall, not much going on here Finch and Chub restaurant open for dinner. The whole town looks like it has seen better days. Really a shame.
