The boat ahead of ours was selling crabs for $5. But then we met a nice man who was cooking his crabs on the dock. And he sold us COOKED crabs for the same price. What a deal. Needless to say, we had a fabulous lunch!

$Our boat at the old Thompson Harbor In Sitka. It\'s the one to the left of the old anchor (no, not the red one). We are almost always the smallest boat cruising SE Alaska! The smaller the boat, the bigger the adventure!$

The Highliner Lodge in Pelican seems to be a great place to go for a fishing adventure. The halibut and salmon photos were from their charters. They were cleaning fish and packing 100's of pounds of filets in boxes to ship via float plane back with their guests.
