TEST PANEL: 1708 on top, used a fin roller to roll bubbles out. hard to see voids/ bubbles because the thickened epoxy is kind of milky colored
TEST PANEL: 1708 wetted out and ready to go on to balsa/ thickened epoxy
TEST PANEL: used a small notched trowel to put on a thin layer of 'lightly thickened' epoxy
