right now the whole thing only wieghs maybe 2 pounds, after fairing and glassing and paint it will probly wiegh around 13 pounds, much less than the one i cut out

transom box ready to be glassed in, 52 pounds lighter than the one i took out, much more compact too, fuel will move to the sides of the boat
transom box from behind, this is the side that will get glassed to the transom, access will be from a hatch in the front
