Raising the helm seat two inches. I added oak supports and bought 4 machine screws (3", 10/24). Drill holes in the oak supports, line up carefully and secure with screws. Much more comfortable and better visibility, even with trim tabs. A quick and easy project.

Reflective tape. A second, closer view.
Reflective tape (ACR) added to make vessel more visible when anchored at night or when in distress. A package of 12 sheets ($25 at West Marine) will do the whole boat. Tape was added to bimini frame, radar arch, cabintop handrail supports and bow pulpit. Highly effective at night, but not noticeable during the day.
Gear storage hammocks in v-berth. Oak bases with hooks are epoxied to the side of the hull. Very handy and they don't intrude very much into the berth.
