The marina customers and the staff are some of the nicest people you would ever want to meet.
The marina office is in a three story stone farmhouse. The office on the first floor showers and bathroom on the second floor. Owner lives on the third floor. Notice years showing high water marks on the steps. They sell good coffee for 25 cents a cup. The marina is our favorite of all time.
Chipman Point Marina at the southern portion of Lake Champlain if you look closely there is a black and white C-Dory 25' on the right hand side of the dock and our boat is out on the end.

Lock # 12 and Whitehall, not much going on here Finch and Chub restaurant open for dinner. The whole town looks like it has seen better days. Really a shame.
