Closeup of the kerosene tank. After running for about 4 hours on Saturday and 1 hour on Sunday, I honestly could not see a decrese in fuel level.
Forgot to get a photo of the thru-hull so this will have to do..its the larger one just behind the sink drain.
Shadows create an optical illusion, the wiring and cables are actually separated from the exhaust by a good 4 inches. The exhaust port also has a guard tacked to the top of it so really it's impossible for the wires to come into contact even if somehow they fell or sagged.

The kerosene tank must be installed below the heater, to ensure proper drainage of the return line (black). The white line is the pickup. The clear tube is the vent line and must be above the tank to prevent leakage on healing.
