I found these stainless lift eyes on Amazon for $2 each. When I tried to order more, the price had gone to $3. I cut 1/4" stainless threaded rod to make the tie-down points that I wanted.

This shows how I will mount them in the splash well. One makes a tie-down point in the splash well and the other is a tie-down point on the rear deck under the splash well.
