Our Dixon Entrance crossing was FOGGY!
This poor guy miscalculated a bit on the current depth and the tide change before he tossed out his anchor. This is what he woke up to. But he had a great sense of humor as we passed by.
He asked how I liked his "parking job" and said he would have lots of time to clean his haul.

Punchbowl Cove in Misty Fjords National Monument. Granite cliffs 3000 feet tall plunge into water 1000 feet deep. We tied to a mooring buoy, kayaked to shore and then hiked an amazingly difficult trail to some gorgeous waterfalls. Life is good. A few hours after we returned to the boat, there was a big brown bear on this same beach.
BIG brown bear was definitely aware of our presence. Anan Bay, AK.
Baranof Warm Springs. Very clean, new tubs at the bath house. We are warmer (and cleaner) than we have been in three months!)
