motor, locking gear in new location, and spinoff gear
Problem with the windlass, it will not hold the anchor after retrieving it. just falls back down (slow)

batteries not secured in the starboard lazarette . a real rats nest. there is a circuit breaker that powers all electronics in the cabin down there out of sight. the batteries would slide around and trip it whenever we went over a wake or wave. not a high quality installation...
got a used flywheel from sportcraft for $120 cash. I was surprised to hear that this is a common occurance with these hondas
luckily no damage to engine

broke the cav plate summer 2020 in the san juans. I remember hitting a large stick, but didn't even think to look for damage. the wife noticed this after we pulled the boat out in bellingham
