Generator is mounted off-center so that it can be turned different ways to accomodate the situation where it's being run, and also to project exhaust as far to one side as possible.
Evaporate cooler works well in dry climate of Northern California. Here it's setting on the floor of the bathroom, but fits under dinette, on galley floor, out in cockpit, etc.

Box contains generator, bungee cords, 30 foot electric pig tail to Shore Power inlet, funnel, chain and padlocks, and three 1-gallon metal cans of gas. Fit will be a little tighter for Honda EU2000i generator.
White plastic 2" to 1/2" PVC pipe bushings (reducers) make perfectly formed cups for Honda generator feet. Weight rests on fender washers, boltheads fit up into the generator's feet screw holes, and outer edge of bushing cups feet so they don't slip around.
Box has four padlocks and 10 feet of 1/4" GS-40 High Test chain. The chain can lock the box down to anything solid for storage, and can also lock the generator and box down together with the generator on top running.
