AC Power Panel cover_'c' view. I allowed about 1/16" clearence between the plexiglass and the overall spacing between the slides to permit bending of the f'glass for installation.

AC Power Panel cover_'b' view. Plexiglass height was chosen for: lower slide to be as high as possible to allow door under carpet to open as far as possible, not to have slide cover any part of the power panel and keeping the bottom circuit breaker blank space clear for a future addition.

AC Power Panel cover_'a' view. Top guide base had to be hand notched for table top support mounting bolt. Top was placed abt 1/16" above bottom edge to allow enough support when mounting screw hole was pre-drilled.

Small piece of wood under lower guide is a tempory spacer for these pixs. It represents the table support above the AC power panel which is also 3/4" thick.

Top slide for ac power panel cover. Made from a 3' piece of 3/4" oak finish stock from Home Depot. Datto is with a Dremel tool router bit set 3/16".
