Making a set of "usable mock-up from scrap" cover boards for the sink and former-Wallas hole in the galley counter. Two sheets of scrap 1/8" ply epoxied together to make 1/4", then cut and cleats affixed to the bottom side to hold them in place, and then varnished. Turns out they make sort of handy "butler's trays" when used upside down at anchor.

Sink cover board while varnishing. I made a similar one (sans hole) for the cutout where the Wallas used to be. It's surprisingly handy to be able to remove it to work on things (wiring etc.) under the galley, although I may eventually replace the whole galley counter and if so will likely make it a solid piece except for the sink cutout.
