Anchor windless failed. Removed old windless. Deck hole core and anchor locker core not sealed. Dug out core material and sealed with thickened epoxy. New windless was same model as one removed, but old windless switch and relay were combined, new unit had separate relay and switch. Took a cruise after installation and a week later, hooked a tow hawser from a tug/barge...test successful!
