Long nylon fitting kept pulling off center, causing leak. Finally just heated the hose and clamped it directly to the shower hot faucet input threads. The back, left shows the original nylon fitting on the cold faucet. The back, right shows the hose clamped directly on the hot water faucet threads. No leak now!
