AC is located under mate's seat. The "T" in the cooling line is to drain the drip pan of any condensation buildup.

A closer look at Sea Angel's air conditioner water pump bleeder valve with its red handle closed. The circulation pump needs to be primed to work. It does not have to have power to be primed, if in the water. It is below the water line. Just open the bleeder valve to prime, then close to operate the A/C.
