How does one know what the actual selling price was vs asking price for C-dory's advertised on this site?
Thanks,

This was discussed before. The consensus is that selling price is same as or close to asking price in most cases. In Individual circumstances, a divorce, a death, a damaged boat will prove the exception. Good luck. _________________ MartyP

You PM or email the seller and ask if they are willing to share that info.
I suspect the sales price is pretty close to asking, but otherwise asking is the only way you'll know.

I think Don Says it well:

The other thing to watch is how long they stay on the "For Sale" list. These boats go quick, and they are worth the price. If you don't think so, just take a day or two to decide if it's what you want. (Be sure and take you money with you when you go check the next boat because that first one will have sold while you are making up your mind.) I missed 2 boats that way myself.
Best way to buy a C-Dory, unless you are buying new, is have your mind made up on what you want, what you will spend, and what you will compromise on, and jump when it its the list. This is the best place to research what is available, what works and what doesn't.
Good luck.
Harvey
