All my funds are tied up in an offshore bank, all I have is a cashiers check for $15,000. I'll send you the check and you can cash it and pay for shipping and keep a couple of thousand for your effort and send the rest back ...sound good?

Sounds good to me. I'll put it with all the other cashier's checks I've gotten.
What's coming is the tilt/trim relay and the manual switch with the boot. I was able to disconnect them where they plug in so it should be a breeze to put 'em in. Oh, and a little bag of fecal matter too... I like to share! 
Lots of other parts left for those that needs 'em. Shipping costs only!
