I posted a chart in our folder of a day cruise we went on in April. I was wondering if this is something people would be interested in seeing to get an idea about the area people cruise in. It shows the route we took, about 73 miles.

Nice cruise you two, that's a lot of water. Hey Fred, did you encounter any rough/turbulent water on the big tide change this weekend?

Charlie, I have the Bluechart Maptech CD that lets me save charts to a file. It also lets me download the unlocked charts to my Garmin 2006. I then paste it into Microsoft Photodraw and then resave it as a .jpg file which I then load into my photo album. I am sure my explanation is clear as mud but it worked. I just think it helps you right coasters understand were we are cruising.

Jon, I came back Wednesday to pick Robbin up but she got the stomach flu so we didn't go out this weekend. The map was a trip a couple of weeks ago. Cattle Pass was like glass.

Fred,

Thanks a million for your chart. I am new to this world and I am planning on spending a fair amount of time in the San Juans this summer. Your chart is a real eye opener to the kind of territory that can be covered in a single day.
