It sho did! I was in the lineup waiting to cross the bridge to get a latte for the EQ gang... I waited quite a whilel Just looking at the big dent in the rail gave me the shivers.

I'm sure the driver won't forget that one for a while.

The winds were bad here today, too. (50 MPH) A semi blew off a local bridge over the Snake River and the driver plunged 300 feet to his death.

Yep, it was a little foggy this morning. Sure turned into a nice day though. I've been doing some "honey do's" lately. Tomorrow I'm going steelheading with the neighbor, it's play time. Mr. Green

Saturday's weather report sounds good to me. We almost decided to run over today and found out that the ferry had some delays. Wind waves reported were 3 to 5 and up to 7 feet. No thanks, Saturday will get here soon enough.

Looks like the water in the eastern Strait Of Juan De Fuca is going to be awesome this weekend. Cynthia and I are going to cruise over to Victoria, B.C. tomorrow morning from Port Angeles. Should be smooth sailing, so if anyone gets the urge, bring your passport or birth certificate and D.L.
Oh, and say eh alot instead of huh. Smile

Hey anyone know what the weather is doing up in the Vancouver Gulf Islands in the next week? Rick is headed there as of this Thursday. He will be leaving his C-Dory at Anacortes and helping some folks take their 37' Nordic Tug up to Juneau. It should be trial run for when we want to take the Amigo up there some time in the future.

Well-
After a week of high 40's and low 50's and sun, it's snowing again. Started this morning with no accumulation. Turned to rain and drizzled all day until about 6:00 or so. Then the rain turned back into snow. It took a couple of hours to get anything to stick, but now everything is white again. Oh how I love Alaska winters. Snow after tax day. Yeah... I'm lovin' it. Can you smell the sarcasm? Cry
