Gentlemen,

For now I have tentatively decided to go with:

Lewmar Pivoting bow roller #66840007
Delta 14lb. Anchor #SL0057406
Windline Anchor Lock # AL-1

That's about as much as I can squeeze in to my C-Dory budget for now. I thank you all for your advice. Also, does anyone see any problem with this combination? If not I will be ordering these items tomorrow (Thursday).

I am planning to add the Horizon 600 windlass at a later date, so as always any suggestions or advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated!

As a point of interest my son & I are planning to launch the boat tomorrow for the first time. If the weather cooperates we will stay on the lake for a few days to do some fishing and relaxing.

For us future CD owners, would you good folks consider doing a POLL on anchor types/brands/weights? Compelling stories in previous posts, but wondering how many have what anchor (and windlass too, I suppose). Sea Wolf Joe, you have very helpful and thorough posts. Thanks all!
