I'm in the market for a Cape Cruiser 23 or an early Venture 23. I happen to live in RI but am willing to travel and/or have the boat shipped from continental US (no Alaska).

My "if I could pick" ideal time to buy is later this calendar year (Q4), but these don't come up for sale often so I wanted to put this up early-- I am ready to buy now if needed. Or, if you're considering selling after this boating season, after a slip expires, etc., please let me know. I'd be happy to go through the view/survey process now and work out a deposit-type arrangement.

The boat will be used by me, my wife, and our two boys (presently 3 and 5) for gunkholing and "trailer sailing" New England and the East Coast. Thank you!
