I use two true dimensional 2" x 10" on edge for each side. Covered with a lift carpet these are now over 20 years old, and been used for the TC 255 and Caracal cat. These are salt water max (today" technology.

The TC is at or around 25' in length. What length are your 2X10 bunk boards?
