All,
If everything goes well, we will soon own a property near Birch Bay that has on the property 2 indoor, insulated storage spaces with power. One is 24' x 48' with a 10' high door and the other is 15' x 50' with a 12' high door. The Tomcat will go in the 15' x 50' unit but I anticipate that I will split the 24' x 48' unit in half so that there will be a 12' or maybe slightly wider x 48' long space with a 10' high door that will be available for storage. So... two questions...
1) What is typical pricing for an insulated, secure storage space of that size in that area? and
2) Does anyone need or know of someone who needs such as space? _________________ Roger on Meant to be |

Well let me know. We close next week on 8/10/21. The storage space is fully covered and completely insulated. |
