I'm counting on it, Dusty! Although I may not wait, I may have to turn that corner in the CD25...

Pat,
Congrats on selling FreeByrd. I'm sure you will miss her! But at least you have your pictures to remember her by. You sound like me. I want one of each and every boat I see! Maybe that is why there are so many of them parked in my driveway!
Good luck deciding on what you want in the future! I know what way I would go. One step inside the Dive Cat answered that. I only had one complaint about it. The motors were too far back! _________________ Gary Johnson

Pat:
I too want to extend my congratulations to you for selling FreeByrd. I know how eager you sounded about purchasing a TC255 and I believe the increase in size will defenitely be a good move for you and your family.
We decided to keep the TC24 so maybe we will make an opportunity to cruise together one of these fine days. Our home is in eastern Pennsylvania which isn't far from where you plan to be this spring. Maybe this is that time!
We're still enjoying the weather of the Keys and having a good time exploring this paradise for boaters but plan to head home as soon as the weather improves.
Good luck with your "I want" list.
FRED & DEB

Thanks to all for your nice messages, PMs, and emails. The new owners took the keys and all the owners manuals on Thursday, 23Feb06 just outside of Tampa FL. They are Mike and Bonnie, and live down in the Naples FL area. They are friends of James of the Molly Brown. I wish I could be there to hear the laughter and joy when they throw the grandchildren aboard and enjoy the great FL waters as a family. I will allow them to sign onto our C-Brat site as they wish...and post any more details of themselves and their where abouts as they please.
And for those who say one of the best days of their boats life was the day they sold it..... Well.... they must have just bought the wrong boat.
Looking forward to getting some information requested from Jeff at the factory....and tricking out the 84 Classic 18 Angler, Hull #14.
As a side note, after delivering the TC24 to Tampa in the morning...I drove up to Mt. Juliet, TN just about 20 miles outside of Nashville and surprised my Mother and siblings (some of whom knew I was in Tampa FL at 9am...) at her 75th BDay dinner at the Cherokee Marina and Restaurant. Some of you visited this place when on the Nashville/Cumberland River gathering last spring....as well as stopping buy at Mom's for a little snack. Well,,, she stood up and greeted me with a big ol hug.....much laughter and toasts from my family members....and when things calmed a bit.... She flat out stated: You are not going to tow that C-Dory of "mine" home with you young man...." Well.... so I guess we all know where "her" Angler will stay for a while...

Pat, I've found that C-Dorys are the exception to the rule about the two happiest days with your boat. I think the two happiest days are the day you bought it and today if you still have it!
