I tried to message him to let him know i could use my trailer to haul him out if needed. If anyone knows them please pass that on.

Tom, you are right, at least from what we can tell from the photos.
That is a serious bummer. Let's see how TowBoatUS/Geico does here.

I did a sea trial with the original owner. He sold the boat some years ago. She had a dive compressor under the aft cockpit seat--quite heavy. Not sure how many owners since.
Sad to see--probably an insurance write off, especially if water in the engines. Hopefully the current owner will speak up. At a slip should have had power hooked up and bilge pumps on when a leak occurred??
We all should secure all thru hulls under the water closed when leaving the boat in the water.

| I've been in contact with the boats owner. Ironically he's a BoatUS captain. She's hauled out down in Ventura. He doesn't know the cause yet but thinks it's the scuppers. |
