Roger,
That is probably not a bad idea for several people. Could possibly store more than 8 C-Dory's depending on their sizes. If I resided in an urban area where vessel storage were a challenge for me, I'd consider that. Given the right people in a purchase like that, it could be doable. You wouldn't even need 8 folks, you could always rent out space to others. Of course you'd have to check on the "zoning laws" for the neighborhood and then do a bit of legal paperwork to fine tune the details amongst the "buyers". The area is fairly well located for those wishing to launch both North and South. _________________ Dave S.

I read in the paper that the price was going to be about $750k for the warm beach fire house. also they maybe putting up the city hall for sale next. If you start the window air conditioning in the city hall all the computers crash?? time to rebuild. _________________ Thomas J Elliott
