Boat listing to starboard

After finding water in the forward flotation chamber on my 2006 22' Angler last summer, I discovered that water was coming in through the hawse-pipe and into the hull from the anchor chain locker drain hole (no sleeve). After fishing in the ocean a few times, I bailed 10 gallons of water out of the front compartment! I inserted a piece of poly tubing through the hull to drain the anchor locker and sealed both ends. Problem solved. I ran a dehumidifier in the cabin over the winter to dry out the foam flotation and everything seemed fine. After launching the boat this spring, I noticed the list to starboard seemed to have increased from how I remembered it. My kicker motor is starboard as well as my house battery so there has always been a slight list. Question, is there flotation aft of the cabin that could have also filled with water from the forward compartment? Maybe leaking through the foam under the cabin floor or possibly down the starboard side inside the hull from the leaking anchor locker drain hole? After viewing a post from last year on this topic, I have to wonder if the 22' Angler also has foam that could be saturated .

The Zoe B had a listing to starboard issue last summer. I found out that water was coming in around the starboard rub rail and pooling in the starboard quarter void. I drilled a hole in the void and it was full--check out my picture of the water draining.

Basically the area under the V berth is where the foam is located. It is very hard to dry out foam, with heat and humidifiers. Best to just remove it. I prefer a tube or pipe glassed into the hull, since there is this potential void, between the hull and the piece which makes up the v Bert and floor of the head, where the porti potty sits. No foam under the dinette or galley--or aft.

Most likely the starboard list, is battery, kicker, and helms person. Weight distribution is key--and since helms person cannot be moved--best to do the other weights...

Thanks so much for the input on my situation and it's good to know that there is no foam aft of the cabin. I thought that boats under 20' were required to have flotation, but wasn't sure about the 22' C-Dory, since there is flotation under the V-berth. Am I understanding correctly that there is still space in the hull under the gunnel that could potentially hold water? I have always felt that the list was due due equipment imbalance, but compared to other boats in the harbor, it looks to be a bit much. Thanks for the photo of the Zoe B. I had read the posts on your situation from last year and it made me a bit nervous.
