AWESOME!! I and so glad everything went well! Congrats!
I like your way of trouble shooting issues. A couple & many things can be figured out if properly pondered while pounding.
Hope your salmon report is good too. Potato harvest has me pinned down a bit now but have a rest day today. Post more pics and report on boat & salmon. Silvers are slow this year so far.
I like your twin Suzies too! _________________ Patrick Byrd "Byrdman"

Everything worked out fine.
I do have a little electrical issue to sort out on the port engine. I had a 'check engine' light plague me a few time during the first trip and then it shutdown the tilt/trim on the engine. I'm very confident its a Suzuki electrical issue that will get sorted out.
I love this boat!!!!

Love the pictures. That's a great boat. I'm glad they weren't making them when we got Journey On or I'd have invested all our money in one of those.
And you've already put it to good use. Actually I thought salmon were extinct in California, but that look like a good one. I hope it's a salmon, I'm not a fish expert.)

I don't live in CA nor am I a fisherman but I know my son in law is working on a long term project for the state to restore salmon to the San Joaquin River. Quite a difficult but exciting project.

Westie;
My name is Gene Morris. I live in Eureka and have fished albacore out of Bodega. I've had a Tomcat since 2007 and tow it a lot. "with a 2012 3/4 tn Dodge Diesel PU" You may want to consider a tow vehicle so you can come to Eureka and So Oregon for tuna. Blaine Wa for BC and SE Alaska cruises...etc. The Tomcat is a great boat and we've had a number of great adventures with ours. But, towing is needed to get to the great places we go.
Enjoy your new boat it is a great very stable ride.
Gene

P.S. Do Not undo the safety chain until the boat is far enough in the water for launch. Those bunks are slick and the slightest movement could send the boat sliding on the ramp (Very hard on the lower ends of the motors) _________________ tight lines |
