|

I'm seriously thinking of installing a S1000 autopilot (if I can find one) on my 25' Cruiser with a single 150 Honda. Here are my initial questions:
1. I know the S1000 has been discontinued. Does Raymarine offer another product that will do the job better?
2. I want to interface with my Raymarine C80 unit. What Seatalk cable should I look for to make that happen?
Thanks for any feedback. |

I have heard great things about the EV 100 by RayMarine. It does have Sea TAlk--the sensor will allow MARPA if you have Radar--including pump, brains and display, it is about $1300--slightly more than the 1000, but a better pilot. _________________ Bob Austin

The EV 100 looks like an impressive unit. I need to check to make sure it interfaces with my Raymarine C80 and radar. Thanks for your feedback. |

I believe you may need the Sea Talk 1 to Sea Talk NG converter cable, but check with RayMarine. |
