Hi All,
Getting ready to trailer up to Port Hardy for some fun. Anybody have info on recent fuel prices in areas like Shearwater, Klemtu, or Hartley Bay?
Thanks in advance,

Go to Waggonerguide.com. Look under "resources" They publish fuel and moorage prices for both BC and the PNW on about a weekly basis. A great helpful resource. _________________ Patti and Barry

Agree w/Colobear. I generally just took on "enough" at marinas before I would haul it. Mostly bought at land stations, but even then I dont recall price _________________

Gas prices sure vary on the water. Checked Hood Canal yesterday and the price was $5.40/gallon. That is $1 more than Everett. Orcas Island (west beach), was similar in price but we had no alternative.
Hopefully with some good planning, we can have more of the cheap gas on board. |

Hi enjoy your trip. We have seen $1.45 to 1.59 per liter all over the Sunshine Coast and Desolation sound marinas. More than shore stations. They are likely $1.39 ish. Fill up at a station in Hardy or Campbell river even Over $6.00 per US gallon. Don't worry be happy. We watched $585 going into a 30 footer. Even empty we can't do that! I see one of our biggest expenses being Cap't Morgan rum. George and Carolyn |

The Gas in Duncanby lodge is just under $2.00/ litre.
For my trip to Hakai I filled up 390 litres in Courtney for $1,34/litre at Costco
Port Hardy was $1,47
You can check out the fuel prices here,

I would just say, when you are in Shearwater, Klemtu or Hartley Bay, it is what it is, pay it and be happy you were able to fuel up there! Not too many alternatives! I do love those places, and the whole northern BC coast from Cape Caution to Prince Rupert! _________________
