THat's why i started a different thread about 19' Anglers and if their resale is a lot less than 22' cruisers. Supposedly this boat was around 40K 7 months ago so it seems that 20k is a steal but I guess it's main problem is that it's underpowered with that motor. Otherwise I'm just curious why it hasn't sold. |

The first time I saw that boat on BoatTrader it was in the $23K range if I remember correctly. |

I should clarify myself. THe owner paid around 40k new. He died and willed it to the current owner. It was listed for 28k for I don't know how long and recently he dumped the price to 20k. That seems like a steep drop in value for a c-dory and only 7 months old, but I'm unfamiliar with the 19' category. Maybe it's just the 22's that hold a high resale. Anyway thanks for the info. |

Amen, RF! We could start a thread on how the older boats were more carefully assembled without the labor saving and cost cutting methods employed in the newer ones, but that would be too offensive to too many people, both owners and manufacturers. We'll just have to let it be. Joe. _________________ Sea Wolf, C-Brat #31
