WELL,, what a beautiful day for the start of a couple of weeks in the San Juans !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just helped Roger & Pat (Fishtales) and Joel & Susan(Sea3PO) launch their boats at Utsalady Point on Camano Island. they are heading to Swinnomish Channel and go north to Anacortes where they will spend their first night.
I hope to be able to get out there and find them, out amongst the Islands sometime next week.(fingers crossed) _________________ Roger on the "SENSEI"

Now that would be a trip to enjoy.... Roger, you are just trying to get me to sell my lot down here in the SE and come your way.... You may see me on the roadside up there one day.... Will sell corn for overnight stay....!!
Roger, please send me manufactor info on the shrimp baskets that you use on your boat. Have some folks very interrested in trying some things down here in the SE with them...other than we would have to have smaller net size for our smaller gulf coast shrimp.

I will certainly send you that Info. I didn't show you the other set of pots with the smaller mesh that were on the shelf in the barn next to the boat. I use them for the smaller shrimp here when the spots season closes. the same style only smaller mesh for use on coonstripe and small pink shrimp. I believe the mesh size is 1/2 inch. these pots are made up in Canada.
On another note, anyone out and about in the SanJuans wanting to meet up with Fishtales and Sea3PO can PM me for contact #. |
