I don't have a quality dealer near by, and intend to do my 100 hour service. My instructions on adjusting the valves is to set the two wheels on top of the engine to match the T to T , T to 1, etc. Only thing, the two marks don't line up. Do you just have the flywheel T point back assuming that is TDC?

I see you posted this about a month ago but I thought I'd respond anyway as I don't have a dealer close by either (Nome, Alaska is closest). I have a maintenance manual for a smaller size Honda and they recommend removing the spark plugs to more easily align the "T" marks.
