Found this while planning our Comox trip. A list of U.S. and Canadian destinations, distance between and travel time based on 7 knots. Someone did a lot of work.

Mark,
Thanks! This should be a good addition to the I-Pad data. _________________ Patti and Barry

That is handy, wish it was downloadable. If you shorten their website to http://nwcruising.net you can find out more about the authors and their Cruise A Home, the QE Too. _________________ Roger

Roger, I was able to copy and past the entire table from Safari (Mac) to Word for Mac so it was "downloadable" that way. It seemed to work best when I copied it from the bottom up. _________________ Bob Austin

If I may suggest another idea, get an app called "web to PDF". Copy the address of the page into the app and it will create a PDF of the table. Email the PDF to yourself and print it off your computer. I use it all the time for stuff I like to print.
Hope that was helpful. _________________ Chimo: a word of greeting, farewell, and toast before drinking once widely spoken in the Inuktitut language in northern Canada. |

On a Mac with Chrome you do not need any app. All you need to to create a PDF of any web page is to select "Print." Down at the bottom of the print dialog is "Open in Preview." After opening the web page in Preview, you simply select "Save" and you have a PDF of the web page.
But my question with this site is, where is there a single table? You can get a table for the distance and time from anywhere to some specific destination that you choose, but you have to click on the destination. For example, when I chose US Ports, all the desinations were listed. I then chose Anacortes, and the table showed distances from everywhere to Anacortes. Is there a single table with locations in both the rows and the columns so you can see the distance between any two locations in one table? _________________
