Hello all. Just stoped in to say howdy, and we been here in southeast now for a few days (ain't gonna say where  )
All I got is my lil RubberDuck  (but I'm getting about 30 mpg with it) chuggin around checkin out tide-pools and the abundant wildlife  got some great new shots to post when i get a day for the web again 
Here's what I was up to yesterday...

Wish I had a camera RF so I could send you a picture of me hunched over my desk shuffling with paper just so you could see what you're missin'! Enjoy, and try to stay within sight of land, okay?

OK, this one was a couple days ago...
The sea is much more fertile here than it is in the sound, I'm in awe of the stuff on the seabeds, great schools of small fish and all the kelp around here. It ain't no comparison to the Sounds icy-beauty though (I still prefer that) I hear it's close up around Wrangle and Juneau  where ice-fields are  (iceberg icon) |

OK... ya talked me into it  
Happy to have a camera to re-inspire me.
Took these since we been here...
Canon 20-D. with Canon 100-400 (L) IS lense. In RAW format.

LOL we musta overlapped... didn't see your post till I checked e-mail, it feels pretty good to do that again.
It ain't so, that's the new Yami 2.5 fourstroke. Was going to get the Honda til Yami came out with that lil baby last year 
Hope to get a page of pix on my site soon...

LOL you write and speak well of me my son  I keep forgetting to answer questions when on here sometimes  You guessed right, were still here, don't have to be back till the 28th this month (the post office only hols al yer junk-mail for a month these days ... can you imagine a pile like that  )
You'll get great pix!! and I'm so in awe of the "RAW" file format! it's literally the "digital-negative" of the digital cameras You'll need a "plug-in" for your Adobe Photoshop to use the format though. The longer you wait getting one, the better they get lol
As for me, I could not hold off any longer when the 20-D hit the market.
Time for me to shut-up now...
Out, and TTFN! ... poof
PS: yes I hope we get to make the N IS TRIP to...   |
