I want to replace the aluminum bows that came with my original canvas. While they work, I am looking for greater strength. Can anyone suggest a source?

Try Sailrite (http://www.sailrite.com). They have stainless & aluminum bows that come in 3 parts already bent so you can cut them to fit your application. Good luck!

I just went to a local place that makes SS towers/things for boats. Took my 3/4" alum bows in (three piece ones) and they are fabricating exact replacements out of 1" SS for about $80 each. Bought new Bimini "skins" from Defender on sale to replace my Taylor bimini top. I actually got two of them because at the time, they were only $35 each. An exact fit.

About 94" wide X 96" long for the TomCat.
