Anyone have advice on the tilt motor replacement on a Honda BF 75. It looks to me like I'll have to disconnect the tilt tube/steering control, lift the motor, then unbolt one side of the transom flange and slide it over to access the 4 bolts attaching the tilt motor?

Hate it when you have to answer your own post. This is only a 1/2 hour project. All you have to do is disconnenct the main hydraulic cylinder from the motor, then the whole hydraulic system will swing out far enough to access all for tilt motor mounting bolts.
