87 22' Angler Anchor Locker Drain

I read other threads indicating that the anchor locker is within an inner structure meaning that if you wanted to install a drain you had to accommodate by using a sleeve. I inspected my anchor locker and there seems to be no inner structure. I seems as though the lower side of the locker is right up against the true inner side of the outer fiberglass. I tried finding pictures on this site but could not find anything showing this. Anyone familiar with the 87 C-Dory Angler Anchor Locker and installing a drain?

I am planning on installing a Windless with anchor locker drain.
