Thanks for posting this update Charlie,
I am hoping to see some real work on the delta water situation among other steps to help the food web and Salmon smolts as they try to get from the nurseries to the ocean. The delta smelt are down to a handful at this point from what I've read. It will sure be a sad reflection on us to lose this once great resource. It should be a crime to kill off such a National Treasure and food stock in my mind.
