I know that there have been many posts about how to prop up the front window and how to unstick the side window latches, but I have a new problem. When I went to close the side window, the latch seperated from the glass. It almost went overboard, but I caught it on the first bounce. It would appear that there is an adhesive pad that holds the latch in place. I slipped the latch back on the glass, but it is not secure.

Does anyone have a fix for this problem?

That exact same problem happened on Daydream about a week ago...I thought about a drop of Superglue, but decided we would let the C-Dory folks solve the problem (going in within a month for a new winsdlass and patching up some dings in the gelcoat anyway). I would be interested to hear if any more window latches are falling off on the newer boars (ours is 2003).
