Recently purchased a 2008 Honda Pilot and added the tow package. Our Ranger pulls beautifully behind the Pilot and the great news is that, with variable cylinder management, it will get 23+ MPG on the highway when not pulling. Looks like it will be a nice compromise between pulling and usefulness when not towing. Purchased the base model with tow package for $23,086 brand spanking new. So far, I'm very pleased with the Pilot.

What's the tow rating on the pilot with tow package and how much does a Ranger weigh on the trailer?
