This was not my grand adventure but a former employee raced in the Marblehead (MA) to Halifax Nova Scotia sailboat race back in 1999. Her ship and several others were caught in a rogue Northeaster. I always found this to be an interesting read and she gave me permission to include the article on my website. Her article was edited and published in Sailing Magazine November 1999.
I posted her original draft titled "A Tale of Two Cities and the Ocean Between". It was published as "Trial By Nor-easter".
