Hi all,
We a short note about our trip. We took off Thursday last week on a little trip on the NC coast. We went from Oriental to Bath to Washington and back. Sadly we didn't get to make it to Cedar Island and the outer banks. The rain chased us back to our favorite dock at Oriental. Maybe next time we cans stay gone longer. We hate to leave our dogs too long while the weather is rough. Larry's Mama looks after them but..it's not like them being in the house with us Very Happy Plus we don't want to go site seeing in the rain. Oh which brings up a good question. What is the best dehumidifier to get for a 25ft ? We seem to be the new "rain makers" Everytime we go out it rains where ever we are at. We are thinking of going into business as rainmakers.. lol. We had a good trip and if I can get off my lazy duff.. I'll share the photos.. Good night to all..Tracy

There is one excellent dehumidifier for boats--and that is the Mighty Dry.
http://www.mightydry.com/ This is a marine grade item, it is a refrigeration/heat type of dehumidier and works very well in Florida. There is a "humidistat" so you control the humidify. The cheaper units are much larger and have a drain bin, which has to either have a drain or be manually emptied.

We use one in the Tom Cat and one in the 30 foot RV.
