The 25 CD is listed as a sailboat, but there is a 22CD also listed on the BoatUS classified.

There is also a CDory brand sailboat. The "spin" is most likely a spinnaker...

Probably a Cape Dory, which I belive are some of the slowest sailboats on the water.

I also think that they are referring to a Cape Dory 25 sailboat. I had the chance to go out on this boat a number of times when growing up and agree it is not a fast boat but with its full keel is probably one of the most stable 25 foot sailboats ever made.
